Create a send account in the console and authorize a Facebook Page so that the account can send Messenger messages.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Chat App Message Service has been activated.
Procedure
To create a Messenger send account, enter the send account information, authorize a Facebook Page through Meta embedded authorization, and confirm the authorization result.
Step 1: Enter the send account information
Send account information identifies the send account in the Chat App Message Service console, which helps you tell your accounts apart.
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose OTT Services > Messenger.
Click Create Send account.
Enter the basic information of the send account.

Step 2: Authorize a Facebook Page
This step connects a Facebook Page to Chat App Message Service through Meta embedded authorization. Chat App Message Service can send and receive Messenger messages on behalf of the Page only after the authorization completes.
Click Start Authorization. The Meta embedded authorization page appears.
In the embedded logon dialog box, continue as the Facebook account that owns the Page you want to connect.
Select the Facebook Pages that you want to authorize, and click Continue.
Review the authorization items, and click Save. The system gets the Page information and completes the binding.
After the authorization completes, click Next.
Step 3: Confirm the authorization result
After the authorization completes, the page displays the information about the Facebook Page connected in this authorization, so that you can confirm whether the result meets your expectations.

After you confirm the information, exit the wizard in one of the following ways:
Click Manage to go to the details page of the send account and configure the account.
If you do not need to configure the account now, click Back to channel list to return to the Messenger service overview page.
