This topic describes how to bind a sender address in the Chat App Message Service console.
Prerequisites
Direct Mail has been activated.
You have created and managed an Email channel.
Procedure
On the page, click the Channel ID.

Go to the Sending Address page.
When you access this page for the first time, you need to authorize Chat App Message Service to obtain the sender addresses that you created in Direct Mail.

After authorization succeeds, select the sender address you want to bind from the dropdown list. If you have not created a sender address, go to the Direct Mail console to create one.
Click Bind to bind the selected sender address.
