This topic describes how to bind a sender address to an Email channel in the Chat App Message Service console.
Prerequisites
Direct Mail has been activated.
An Email channel has been created.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console. On the left-side navigation pane, click Channel Management, then click the ID of an Email channel.

Go to the Sending Address page.
When you access this page for the first time, you need to authorize Chat App Message Service to obtain the sender addresses that you created in Direct Mail.

After the authorization is complete, select the sender address that you want to bind from the dropdown list. If you have not created a sender address, go to the Direct Mail console to create one.
Click Bind.
