This topic describes how to create a link in a message template.

Prerequisites

  • ChatApp is activated.
  • An Alibaba Cloud account is created and enterprise verification is complete for the Alibaba Cloud account. If you do not have an Alibaba Cloud account or do not complete enterprise verification, go to the Register account page to create a business account and go to the Real-name Registration page to complete enterprise verification.
  • A message template is created. For information about how to create a template, see Create a message template.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ChatApp console.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Template design.
  3. Optional:In the template list, find the template that you want to edit, click the template name or click Edit in the Operate column.
  4. On the page that appears, click the Add Link Button icon and then click Select link in the Button Setting dialog box.
  5. Click New. 2
  6. In the Link management dialog box that appears, specify a link name and the URL to which you want to link.
  7. Click OK.

What to do next

In the left-side navigation pane, click URL management. On the page that appears, edit or delete a link in the link list.
