Outbound data transfer plan
This plan covers outbound data transfer costs for CDN acceleration if your account uses the pay-by-traffic billing method.
Your billing method must be pay-by-traffic to use this plan. If your billing method is pay-by-peak-bandwidth, the remaining quota in your plan is frozen until you switch back to pay-by-traffic.
You can purchase multiple outbound data transfer plans. If you own more than one, the plan closest to its expiration date is used first. The system calculates your outbound data transfer usage on an hourly basis. The plan automatically covers usage within its quota. Any usage exceeding the quota is billed at the standard pay-by-traffic rate.
Alibaba Cloud CDN offers eight types of outbound data transfer plans, each for a specific acceleration region. A plan covers outbound data transfer only from its designated region and does not apply to usage in other regions.
