Resource plans for Alibaba Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) and Dynamic Content Delivery Network (DCDN) are eligible for a full refund only if both of the following conditions are met:
The resource plan has not been used.
The resource plan is still within its validity period (not expired).
Important
A resource plan that has been used or has expired is not eligible for a refund.
