If you encounter this error as a RAM user, log on to the console of the corresponding service with the Alibaba Cloud account to grant the RAM user the permissions to activate resources. You can then purchase resources such as DataWorks resources as the RAM user in CADT. |

In this case, the created EMR instances cannot run as expected and are automatically released after three days. |
