Operation logs record every action taken in the Alibaba Cloud BaaS (Blockchain as a Service) console. Use the log search page to audit changes, trace errors to a specific request, and retrieve the identifiers needed when contacting technical support.
Logs are retained for seven days. Operations older than seven days are not searchable.
Search operation logs
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
An Alibaba Cloud account with access to the BaaS console
Steps
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud BaaS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Hyperledger Fabric > Logs.
Set From and To to define the time range, then click Search. The log list displays all operations within the selected range. Each entry includes:
Field Description Use for Operated At The time the operation started Correlating events to a time window Operation The type of action performed Identifying what changed Targets The resource affected Pinpointing the affected component Result Whether the operation succeeded or failed Filtering errors at a glance Operator The account that performed the action Auditing who made a change Click a log entry to view its details, including the Request ID, the ID of the operation target, and the region where the request was made.
If Result is Error, the entry also displays an Error Code.
When submitting a support ticket, include the Request ID and Error Code from the log entry. These identifiers allow the support team to locate and diagnose the issue quickly.
