After users are added to the bastion host, the administrator must authorize the users to manage assets and asset accounts. This way, the users can log on to the bastion host to perform O&M operations on the assets. This topic describes how to authorize a user to manage assets and asset accounts. Host assets are used in the example.
Procedure
Log on to the Bastionhost console. In the top navigation bar, select the region where your Bastionhost instance is located.
In the list of Bastionhost instances, find the target instance and click Manage.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose .

On the Users page, find the target user, and in the Actions column, click Permission on Host.

On the Managed Hosts tab, click Permission on Host.

In the Permission on Host panel, select the host assets to authorize, and then click OK.

In the Authorized Accounts column, click No accounts found. Click here to authorize the user to manage the accounts of the asset..

Select the target host accounts and click Update.
