The alert management module of Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) can send alert notifications to contacts by phone, SMS, email, DingTalk, WeCom, and webhook.

You can add contacts, chatbots, or custom recipients to a contact group. When you create a notification policy, you can specify the contact group to receive alert notifications. Alert notifications are sent to all contacts in the contact group. For more information, see Contact groups.
