Database Autonomy Service (DAS) provides the storage analysis feature for ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL. You can use this feature to view the details of storage, such as the remaining days for which storage is available, the storage usage of individual tables, and the storage exception diagnosis of your ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL instance. This feature helps you identify the storage exceptions in a timely manner to ensure service stability.


Your ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL instance runs ApsaraDB RDS for PostgreSQL High-availability Edition.


  1. Access RDS Instances, select a region at the top, and then click the ID of the target RDS instance.
  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Autonomy Service > Diagnostics.
  3. Click the Storage Analysis tab.
  4. On the Storage Overview and Data Space tabs of the Storage Analysis page, you can view the storage usage of the database instance.
    Storage OverviewStorageView Exception, Avg Daily Increase in Last Week, Available Days of Storage, and Used Storage information.
    ExceptionsView the exception information of tables or collections in the database instance.
    Storage TrendView the storage trends of Data Space, Log Space, and WAL Log Space in the last week.
    TablespacesView information such as the storage usage of each table in the database instance. Click the name of a table to view the fields and indexes of the table.
    Data SpaceView the storage usage of each database in the database instance and the usage of tablespaces in the database.
