ApsaraDB for MongoDB provides the instance overview feature. This feature displays instances that belong to a specified resource group in the instance dashboard and instance distribution sections to help you gain a better understanding of instances and reduce instance management costs.
Procedure
Instance dashboard
In the instance dashboard section, you can obtain the following instance information:
- The number of instances that can be accessed by using this account.
- The number of instances that were created during the last seven days.
- The number of running instances.
- The number of instances that will expire within seven days.
- The number of instances that have expired.
Note You can click Renew to renew instances that are about to expire and instances that have expired. For
more information about how to renew an instance, see Manually renew an ApsaraDB for MongoDB subscription instance.
Instance distribution
In the instance distribution section, you can use one of the following methods to
go to the instance details page. On the page, you can view instance information or
perform operations on the instance.
- In the upper-right corner of the instance distribution section, enter the instance name or instance ID in the search box to find the instance and click the ID of the instance.
- In the Region column of the instance distribution section, find the region where the instance is deployed, click the region-matched number in the Total column, and then click the ID of the instance in the instance list.
