This topic describes how to manually renew ApsaraDB for HBase instances that use the
subscription billing method. We recommend that you manually renew your instance before
the expiration date. This can avoid data loss and interruptions to your business workloads
due to expiration.
Method 1: Renew an instance in the ApsaraDB for HBase console
- Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
- In the top navigation bar, select the region where the ApsaraDB for HBase instance
that you want to renew is deployed.
- Find the instance and click the instance ID.
- In the upper-right corner of the instance details page, click Renew.
- On the Renew page, select a renewal duration based on your business requirements.
- Select Terms of Service after you read the terms of the ApsaraDB for HBase service, and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
Method 2: Renew one or more instances in the Billing Management console
- Log on to the ApsaraDB for HBase console.
- In the upper-right corner of the console, choose .
- On the Renewal page, specify conditions to filter instances, click the Manual tab, and then find the instances that you want to renew. You can renew one or more
ApsaraDB for HBase instances at a time.
- Renew a single instance
- Find the instance that you want to renew, and click Renew in the Actions column.

- On the page that appears, configure the Duration parameter, select Terms of Service,
and then click Buy Now to complete the payment.
- Renew multiple instances at a time
- Select the instances that you want to renew and click Batch Renew below the instance list.

- Specify a duration for each instance, and click Pay to complete the payment.
