On the Health inspection page, you can view the dashboards of the health checks. You can also modify and delete the health checks.

View the dashboard of a health check

After you create a health check, a Grafana dashboard is automatically created. You can view the health metrics of the service on the dashboard.

  1. In the left-side navigation pane, click Dashboards.
  2. On the Dashboards page, click Blackbox-Exporter in the Name column.

    Note You can also click the name of the health check to go to the dashboard and view the health metrics of the service.

Enable an alert rule for a health check

After you create a health check, an alert rule is automatically created for the health check. By default, the alert rule is disabled. You must enable the alert rule to ensure that you can receive alert messages if health check exceptions occur.

  1. In the left-side navigation pane, click Alert Configuration.
  2. In the Alert Name column, find Health inspection and click Enable in the Actions column.

Modify the health check

You can modify the parameters of the health check.

  1. On the Inspection tab, find the health check that you want to modify and click Edit in the Actions column.
  2. In the Edit inspection dialog box, modify the parameters.
    Note You can enter a new IP address or domain name in the Checkpoint field, for example, 192.168.0.1 or www.aliyun.com.

Delete the health check

You can delete checkpoints that you no longer need on the Inspection tab. You can delete one or more checkpoints at a time.
