This topic describes how to edit, disable, enable, and delete a cloud dial monitoring task.
Edit a task
Method 1
- Log on to the ARMS console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Synthetic Monitoring.
- Find the target task and click Edit in the Actions column.
- In the Edit Task dialog box, modify the task information.
Method 2
- Log on to the ARMS console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Synthetic Monitoring.
- Click the name of the target task.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Edit Task.
- In the Edit Task dialog box, modify the task information.
Disable a task
If you do not need to run cloud dial test tasks, you can disable cloud dial test tasks to avoid resource waste and save costs.

Enable a task
To re-enable a disabled task, perform the following operations:

- Log on to the ARMS console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Synthetic Monitoring.
- In the upper-right corner of the Scheduled Dial Test page, choose .
- In the message that appears, click OK.
Delete a task
- Log on to the ARMS console.
- In the left-side navigation pane, click Synthetic Monitoring.
- Find the target task and click Delete in the Actions column.
- In the Confirm message, click OK.
