What endpoints can I associate Anycast EIPs with?
Anycast EIPs can be associated with the following resources:
elastic network interface (ENI)
CLB (Classic Load Balancer) instances (VPC-type instances only)
ALB (Application Load Balancer) instances (supported only for operations initiated from the ALB console)
NLB (Network Load Balancer) instances (supported only for operations initiated from the NLB console)

Can I associate an Anycast EIP with multiple endpoints?
Yes. Each Anycast EIP can be associated with multiple endpoints in different regions but each Anycast EIP can be associated with only one endpoint within each region.
Do access points of Anycast EIPs respond to Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) ping messages?
No.
