Anti-DDoS:Manage instances

Last Updated:Jun 20, 2026

This topic describes how to view advanced mitigation sessions, monitor business data, view operation logs, and manage your instances, including upgrades and renewals, and managing EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) instances.

Anti-DDoS Native instance details

  1. Log on to the Traffic Security console,In the left-side navigation pane, choose DDoS.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network Security > Anti-DDoS Native > Instance Management.

  3. In the top navigation bar, select the resource group to which the instances belong and the region in which the instances reside.

    • Anti-DDoS Origin 1.0 (Subscription) instances: Select the region in which the instance resides.

    • Anti-DDoS Origin 2.0 (Subscription) and Anti-DDoS Origin 2.0 (Pay-as-you-go) instances: Select All Regions.

  4. Click the instance ID to open the Protected Objects page, where you can view details and manage your Anti-DDoS Native instance.

    Important
    • Anti-DDoS Native V2.0 Anti-DDoS Native (Enterprise) instances support EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) assets. After you purchase an EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced), the system adds it to an Anti-DDoS Native (Enterprise) instance by default. If your account also has a pay-as-you-go instance, the EIP is added to the pay-as-you-go instance first. The Anti-DDoS Native (SMB) does not support adding EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) assets.

    • On the Anti-DDoS Native (Advanced) EIPs tab, you can view the binding status and protection capabilities of your EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) instances.

Remaining advanced mitigation sessions

By default, you receive two advanced mitigation sessions per month when you purchase an Anti-DDoS Native (SMB) for Small and Medium Enterprises instance. You can query the number of remaining sessions on the Instance Management page. For more information about advanced mitigation sessions, see Description of advanced mitigation sessions.

  1. Find the instance and view the value in the Remaining Mitigation Sessions This Month column, or click the image icon in the Actions column and select View Remaining Mitigation Sessions.

  2. View the consumption details of advanced mitigation sessions.

    • Not used: The Remaining Mitigation Sessions This Month value is 100%, and the status of the first session is displayed as Consuming.

    • Used: The Remaining Mitigation Sessions This Month value and the status reflect your actual usage.

Business monitoring data

After you add protected objects to an Anti-DDoS Native instance, you can view the total traffic for the instance, traffic details for individual IP addresses, and records of DDoS attack events for the last 30 days.

  1. In the Actions column for the target instance, click View Monitoring Details to open the Business Monitoring page.

  2. On the Business Monitoring page, select the protected object and time range. You can then view the network traffic trend (inbound traffic and number of received packets) and DDoS attack event records for the object. For more information, see View business monitoring data.

Operation logs

You can view configuration change logs for an Anti-DDoS Native instance for the last 30 days.

  1. In the Actions column for the target instance, click Operation Logs.

  2. On the Operation Logs tab, specify a time range to query the configuration change logs for the instance.

Instance upgrade

You can upgrade only subscription instances. You can upgrade the specifications or edition of your instance (Anti-DDoS Native (SMB) for Small and Medium Enterprises or Anti-DDoS Native (Enterprise)). For more information, see Anti-DDoS Native 2.0 (subscription).

Note

Anti-DDoS Native V2.0 Anti-DDoS Native (Enterprise) instances support EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) assets. After you upgrade to the Anti-DDoS Native (Enterprise), you can add your EIP with Anti-DDoS (Enhanced) assets to the instance for unified protection.

  1. In the Actions column for the target instance, click the image icon and select Upgrade.

  2. In the Upgrade panel, adjust the specifications or edition of the instance as needed.

  3. Read and agree to the Terms of Service, click Buy Now, and complete the payment.

Instance renewal

You can renew only subscription instances. You can renew an instance manually or enable auto-renewal.

Manual renewal

  1. In the Actions column for the target instance, click Renew. In the Renew panel, select a Subscription Duration.

  2. Read and agree to the Terms of Service, click Buy Now, and complete the payment.

Auto-renewal

  1. Go to the Renewal page in the Billing Management console.

  2. On the Manual Renewal tab, find the target instance and click Enable Auto-renewal in the Actions column. Select a renewal cycle and click Enable Auto-renewal.

After auto-renewal is enabled, you can find the instance on the Auto-renewal tab.

Note
  • The system starts processing auto-renewal payments nine days before your service expires. Make sure that your account balance is sufficient. If your instance expires the following day, you must renew it manually.

  • If you manually renew your instance before the auto-renewal payment date, the system schedules the next auto-renewal based on the new expiration date.

  • If you enable auto-renewal today, it takes effect the next day. You can use coupons for auto-renewal payments.

Instance description

If you have multiple Anti-DDoS Native instances, you can set a description for each instance based on its intended use, scenario, or scope. This helps you quickly identify and manage them.

  1. Find the target instance and click the image icon next to its Description.

  2. In the Modify Description dialog box, enter a description for the instance and click Confirm.
