When the storage of the Alibaba Mail is exhausted, the email sent by the other party cannot be received, and it will be returned to sender and inform that the storage of recipient is full.
View storage: login to Alibaba Mail Webmail, click the personal avatar icon in the upper right corner of the page and then storage can be seen.
If the capacity of your account is full, we recommend that you delete some unnecessary emails to free up space, or contact the administrator to upgrade to Advanced Edition.
