Solution
To reduce the number of accounts, you can only apply through the online service within 30 days before the purchased email service expires.
For the rest of the time, you cannot directly apply for a downgrade due to factors such as the duration of the purchase price.
Submit a ticket to apply for the downgrade. After the activation is successful, please follow the procedure: Alibaba Mail Console-- Email Services-- Manage-- Buy Less.
After the downgrade has been enabled, you must perform operations in a timely manner to reduce the number of accounts. The service is valid for only three hours. You cannot enable the service frequently.
Reduce to the number of users> the number of created users. For example, you purchased 50 accounts and created 40 accounts. If you need to reduce the numbers to less than 40 accounts, you need to back up emails and delete the excess number of users before you operate the downgrade.

Under normal circumstances, a refund will be generated if the allocation is reduced, but the amount of refund can be determined according to the display on the page. If the price discount at the time of purchase is very low, the refund amount may be 0.
