This topic describes how to forcibly enable HTTPS to access Webmail.
1. Use postmaster account login Alibaba Mail and enter domain management page-> Customization-> Domain Names-> Domain Name Management-> SSL certificate management.
2. Forcibly enable the HTTPS button, check the prompt message, and click Ok to turn on.
1. This switch takes effect only for the primary domain.
2. If HTTPS is enabled, users who access Webmail through the enterprise's own domain name will be forced to enable HTTPS. Please confirm that the SSL Certificates has taken effect (you can enter https://mail.domain name in the web browser to verify whether the certificate is effective.).
3. Turn on/off the switch may take effect with a delay. If you don't see results immediately, please try again in 3 hours.
