If you want to automatically reply to received emails, you can use the Auto Reply and Out-Of-Office Reply function in the Alibaba Mail.
Out-Of-Office Reply Settings:
1. Log in to the Webmail and click the Settings button in the upper right corner to enter the settings interface:

2. Choose Settings> Out-Of-Office Reply Settings.
3. Select Enable Out-Of-Office Reply during Following Period to enable the feature.
4. Click the button in the date and time input field to select the time period for which you want to set the reply.
5. In the edit box, enter the body of the automatic reply.
6. Click Save.
1. After selecting the options at the bottom of the input box, only the contacts in the address book will be automatically replied. If you do not select this check box, all letters will be automatically replied.
2. When Auto Reply and Out-Of-Office Reply are all enabled, the Auto Reply rule is preferentially executed.
Receiving Rules> Auto Reply:
In the Settings page, choose Settings> Receiving Rules> click Create Rule.


2. When you create a receiving rule, select Auto Reply in Actions in the edit page.
3. Edit the reply body in the input box.
4. Click OK to save the change.
In order to avoid duplication of auto replied emails, the reply rules will only be implemented for the first email from multiple communication sent by the same sending account on the same day.
