The Alibaba Mail App supports the automatic reminder function of new email. The specific setting method is as follows.
After setting, please make sure that the mobile phone system turns on the notification so as not to display the reminder notification.
iOS
1. Open the Alibaba Mail App and click New Mail Notification in the Settings;
2. Make sure that New Mail Alert is enabled.
3. If you need to enable email reminders for emails from more folders, click Reminders folder and select the folder.
Android
1. Open the Alibaba Mail App and click New mail notification in the Settings;
2. Make sure that New mail notification is enabled.
3. If you want to enable email notifications for new emails from more folders, click the email account. In the Custom folders section, set the alert status of the folder to Enable.
