Enable or disable a DNS record
- If you disable a DNS record, this DNS record cannot be queried by a DNS request after the TTL expires on the local DNS server.
- You can enable a DNS record that has been disabled. The DNS record takes effect immediately after it is enabled.
Procedure
1 . Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console.
2 . In the left-side navigation pane, click Manage DNS. On the Domains tab, click a domain name.
3 . On the DNS Settings page, click Disable in the Actions column of a DNS record. The status will become Disabled.
4 . On the DNS Settings page, click Enable in the Actions column of a DNS record. The status will become Normal.
