On the Manage Contacts page of the Message Center console, you can specify notification methods and contacts to ensure that important messages can be received at the earliest opportunity.
You cannot modify the notification methods of the messages that are related to account expenses.
You can specify up to 15 contacts for each type of message.
Configure notifications
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console. In the upper-right corner, click the
icon to go to the Message Center console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Message Settings > Common Settings. 
You can specify different notification methods for different types of messages. You can also click Modify in the Actions column and specify one or more contacts for each type of message in the Modify Contact dialogue box that appears .
