Last Updated:Feb 04, 2026

Message Hub is Alibaba Cloud’s unified notification aggregation platform. It centrally manages important notifications for resources in your account, such as expiration alerts, security alerts, and billing statements. This topic explains how to view and manage internal messages and introduces key subscription methods. Use these features to respond to critical events promptly and avoid business risks caused by missed notifications.

Core concepts

Before using Message Hub, review the following core concepts to better manage notifications from Alibaba Cloud.

  • Notification channel relationships: Internal messages are the most comprehensive official notification channel. Some important notifications are also sent through email, DingTalk, Slack, and other channels based on your subscription settings.
