This topic describes the scan line layer chart styles and the meaning of each configuration items.

Chart Style

The scan line layer is a sub-component of the 3D Earth. It supports independent style configurations, including the radius, scanning speed, mapping, and position of the scanning line. It can simulate the dynamic effect of the scanning line by scanning the animation map in a loop. image..png

Settings Panel

  • Search for Configurations: In the right-side panel of Canvas Editor, click the Settings tab, and click Search for Configurations in the upper-right corner. Enter the required configuration item in the search box, and click the search icon to quickly locate the configuration item. Fuzzy match is supported. For more information, see Search for asset configurations.
  • Loop: Turn on the switch to loop the scan effect animation.

  • Color: the color of the scan line layer. For more information, see the color picker description.

  • Map Address: the style of the scan line layer map. Enter the URL of the map.

  • Transparency: the transparency of the scan line layer.

  • Speed: The animation speed of the scan line layer.

  • Radius: the radius of the scan line layer.

  • X Rotation, Y Rotation, and Z Rotation: the X, Y, and Z coordinates of the scan line layer. You can control the center of the scan line layer. Each X-Y-Z indicates a X-Y-Z axis direction in the right-handed coordinate system.

Data Panel

This component does not support data configuration.

Interaction Panel

This widget does not support interaction events.

Configure interactions in Blueprint Editor

  1. In Canvas Editor, click the icon on the right side of the scan line layer in the 导出到蓝图编辑器3D Earth widget list.

  2. Click the 蓝图图标icon in the upper-left corner.

  3. In Blueprint Editor, click Scan Layer in the Imported Nodes pane.

    • Event: The earth layer does not support events.

      Hide components

      A widget is hidden without the need to specify parameters.
