How do I handle a failed risk verification?

A risk verification failure may be caused by the following reasons:
  • The agent version is earlier than required.

    If the Security Center agent version is earlier than required, the risk verification may fail. If the Security Center agent is not automatically updated, we recommend that you manually install the latest agent. For more information, see Install agent.

  • The agent is offline.

    If the Security Center agent on your server is offline, you cannot perform baseline checks. Make sure that the agent on your server is online. For more information, see Bring the agent online.
