Last Updated:Aug 30, 2023

This topic describes how to manage node labels in the Container Service for Kubernetes (ACK) console. You can add a label to multiple nodes at a time, filter nodes by label, and delete node labels.

Prerequisites

An ACK cluster is created. For more information, see Create an ACK managed cluster.

Background information

For more information about how to schedule nodes based on node labels, see Set node schedulability.

Add a label to multiple nodes at a time

  1. Log on to the ACK console. In the left-side navigation pane, click Clusters.

  2. On the Clusters page, click the name of the cluster that you want to manage and choose Nodes > Nodes in the left-side navigation pane.

  3. On the Nodes page, click Manage Labels and Taints in the upper-right corner.

  4. On the Labels tab, select multiple nodes and click Add Label.

  5. In the Add dialog box, specify Name and Value and click OK.

On the Labels tab, you can find that the label is added to the selected nodes.

Filter nodes by label

On the Labels tab, click a label in the Labels column to filter the nodes.

The page automatically refreshes and displays the nodes that have the specified label.
