You can renew a storage plan at any time before the storage plan expires. You can also enable auto-renewal. When you renew a storage plan, you can specify a renewal duration.

Manual renewal

  1. Log on to the Billing Management console.
    Note If you are using Apsara File Storage NAS Capacity or NAS Performance, follow these steps to renew a storage plan. Log on to the NAS console, find the target file system, and click View Details next to the file system. On the Details page, click Renew in the Storage Plan section to renew the file system.
  2. Use search filters to find the target storage plan on the Manual Renewal tab.
  3. Click Renew next to the target storage plan.
  4. Select a duration, select I have read and agree to the terms of Apsara File Storage NAS Agreement, and click Pay to complete the payment.

Auto-renewal

  1. Log on to the Billing Management.
  2. Use search filters to find the target storage plan on the Manual Renewal or Non-extension tab.
  3. Click Enable Auto-renewal next to the storage plan.
  4. In the Enable Auto-Renewal dialog box, select a duration, and click Enable.
    Note On the Auto-renewal tab, view a list of storage plans that have auto-renewal enabled.

Related operations

  • If you want to modify the auto-renewal duration for a storage plan, follow these steps:
    1. On the Auto-renewal tab, find the target storage plan, and click Modify Auto-renewal next to the storage plan.
    2. In the Modify Auto-renewal dialog box, select a duration, and click OK.
  • If you want to disable auto-renewal for a storage plan, follow these steps:
    1. On the Auto-renewal tab, find the target storage plan, and click Disable Auto-renewal next to the storage plan.
    2. In the Disable Auto-renewal dialog box, turn off the Auto-renewal switch, and click OK.
      Note The Non-extension tab shows a list of storage plans that have auto-renewal disabled.
