Errors and troubleshooting

The following are some common errors you may experience when using Alibaba Cloud Java SDK. Potential causes and resolutions are shown for these commonly experienced errors.

InvalidAccessKeyId.NotFound

Cause:

The AccessKey ID is invalid.

Resolution:

Make sure that the AccessKey ID is correct.

SDK.InvalidRegionId

Cause:

The SDK cannot automatically obtain the endpoint of the product according to the RegionId.

Resolution:

Check if the RegionId is correct, and get the product endpoint from ECS endpoints in different regions.

SDK.ConnectionReset

Cause:

The endpoint cannot be connected when you initiate a request.

Resolution:

Make sure that your network is available.

SDK.InvalidProfile

Cause:

The DefaultProfile parameter provided when you initialize the DefaultAcsClient is invalid.

Resolution:

Make sure that the DefaultProfile parameter has been correctly initialized and corresponding parameters have been configured.

SDK.SessionTokenExpired

Cause:

The SessionToken is invalid or expires.

Resolution:

Make sure that the STS token is valid. The default, the effective time is one hour.

SignatureDoesNotMatch

Cause:

The AccessKey secret does not match the AccessKey ID.

Resolution:

Make sure that the AccessKey secret is correct.
