Unbind a bandwidth package from a CEN instance. You can bind the bandwidth package to another CEN instance after it is unbounded.

Error codes

Error code Error message HTTP status code Description
InvalidOperation.CenBandwidthLimitsNotZero Operation is invalid because the current CEN bandwidth limits are not all zero. 409 Cannot unbind the bandwidth package because the bandwidth package is in use.
