The billable items of the streaming panel feature include streaming and transcoding. Streaming can be billed in pay-as-you-go or subscription mode. Transcoding is an optional feature and is billed in pay-as-you-go mode. This topic describes the billing rules of the streaming panel feature.

      Billing rule You are charged based on the streaming duration of streaming panels that you use on the current day. The unit price varies with the streaming output specifications and types of streaming panels. Three streaming output specifications and two types of streaming panels are available.
      Billing cycle You are charged on a daily basis.
      Billing method You are charged in pay-as-you-go mode.
      Billing time Bills are generated within one hour after the current billing cycle ends.
      Settlement time Fees are automatically deducted after bills are generated.

Billing example

Scenario: You have a streaming panel in studio mode in a live center in mainland China. The streaming output is HD 720p. The transcoding output is in LD 480p. On June 17, this streaming panel is used for streaming for 100 minutes.

Pricing: The unit price of streaming output that is higher than 480p and lower than or equal to 720p is 0.050 USD/min. The unit price of transcoding output that is lower than or equal to 480p is 0.0097 USD/min. For more information, see the Pricing section of this topic.

The fee of the streaming panel on June 17: 0.050 × 100 + 0.0097 × 100 = USD 5.97. The bill is generated after 00:00 (UTC+8) on June 18. Fees are automatically deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account.
