A NAT bandwidth package encapsulates public IPs and consists of one or multiple public IPs. Therefore, NAT bandwidth package fee includes public IP retention fee and traffic fee.
Note: If your account still has a NAT bandwidth package before 23:59, January 26, 2018, you still need to use the NAT bandwidth package to provide public IPs for the NAT gateway. To bind EIP to the NAT gateway, open a ticket.
NAT bandwidth package supports Pay-As-You-Go billing, a post payment method. The Subscription mode is not provided currently.
NAT bandwidth package fee is billed on an hourly basis and is deducted in real time. Partial hours are billed as full hours.
Public IP retention fee
- Public IP retention fee = IP leasing price * number of IPs * retention time
- Traffic fee = traffic price * amount of outgoing traffic
Only the outgoing traffic (from Alibaba Cloud to the Internet) is billed, and the incoming traffic is not billed.
Modifying the peak bandwidth does not influence the unit price. Even so, we recommend setting the bandwidth based on your actual needs to avoid generating excessive charged traffic due to program error or malicious access.
