Cause
If the EDAS Agent process has exited, the Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) console does not respond to any operations on an application. This issue has been resolved in the EDAS Agent of the new version.
Solutions
Log on to your application instance and run /home/admin/edas-agent/bin/startup.sh as admin.
If the problem persists, perform the following operations: Go to the Basic Information page of your application instance, click the Instance Information tab, and then click Reset in the Actions column of your application instance.
