Why is my screen blank after I have opened the DataV console?

Check that your browser version is supported. We recommend you use Chrome 50 or a later version.

My widgets are not loading normally, and many widgets are not fully displayed. How can I fix this?

Clear your browser cache (including cookies) and then log on to DataV again.

Why does my database connection fail?

You must add the corresponding DataV server IP to your database whitelist, or ECS security group, based on the network type of the database and region. You can also use the Agent Tool DataV proxy to connect to your database.

How can I configure a CSV data source?

You must keep the first row of the CSV file as the header, and make sure that the names of each column are consistent with the field names of the required data structure of the corresponding chart.

Can I connect databases that I have deployed on my ECS or other devices to DataV?

Yes. However, you must activate the Internet IP of your database first. You can also use the Agent Tool to connect to DataV.

How can I generate map borders of the world, cities, counties, and districts?

Obtain the corresponding district border GeoJSON data, and paste it to the Geographical Boundaries interface of the child widget Choropleth Layer in the Basic Flat Map. You can edit the numerical heatmap of each district based on the codes of each district in the Mapping Data tab.

You can input the data in the data panel of carousel table widget. For SQL inquiry, you can assume it as an ordinary 2D table, the aliases of which will be used as headers. For example select field1 as "Column 1", field2 as "Column 2", field3 as "Column 3" from table.

How can I input flight routes from an SQL data source in a map widget?

How can I display and control data through parameter transmission by using a URL?

You can express your variables in SQL through :dot-id. For example, select car_speed, car_color, car_name from a table where car_ID = :dot-id. These variables can be controlled through parameter transmission by using a URL, for example, http://datav.aliyun.com/...?spm=xxxxx&dot_id=10102.
