Billing of Standard Edition instances

Standard Edition instances are billed based on the pay-as-you-go billing method. Standard Edition instances are suitable for scenarios in which the number of messages is small or significantly fluctuates during peak and off-peak hours. You are charged only for messages that are transmitted and resources that you use. This helps you maximize your resource utilization.
