The first time you use the log monitoring feature, you must authorize CloudMonitor to access Simple Log Service. After you complete authorization, CloudMonitor can access Simple Log Service, query statistics, and filter logs.
Prerequisites
Simple Log Service is activated.
When you use Simple Log Service for the first time, you must log on to the Simple Log Service console and activate the service as prompted. For more information, see What is Simple Log Service?
Procedure
Log on to the CloudMonitor console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose .
In the Service-linked Role for CloudMonitor dialog box, click OK.
