This tutorial provides a step-by-step guidance on how to configure SNAT and DNAT so that the ECS instance without a public IP can communicate with the Internet.
Before you begin, ensure you have created a VPC. An ECS instance without a public IP in the VPC is used as an example.
The NAT gateway is a public network gateway for VPC. The entrance of the NAT gateway is on the VPC console, as shown in the following figure.
