:Delete an index

This section describes how to delete an index.

Prerequisites

You must have access permissions to DMS and be logged on to the DMS console.

Procedure

1. Select an ApsaraDB for MongoDB instance and then click Log on to Database.

2. After you log on to the instance, perform the following tasks:

   1. Expand the left-side object list and select the target index.

   2. Right-click the index and then select Drop Index.

3. Click OK in the dialog box to delete the index.
