AnalyticDB data source config

AnalyticDB (ADS) provides the ability to write in data from other data sources, but does not support reading data. It supports both wizard and script modes in Data Integration.

Procedure

  1. Enter the DataWorks console as a developer, and click Enter Project, as shown in the following figure.

  2. Click Data Integration from the upper menu and navigate to the Data Sources page.

  3. Click New Source.

  4. In the dialog box, select AnalyticDB (ADS) as the data source type.

  5. Complete configuration items of the data source.

    • Name: A combination of letters, numbers, and underscores (). It must begin with a letter or an underscore (), and the length must not exceed 60 characters.

    • Description: A brief description of the data source, which must not exceed 80 characters.

    • link URL: The ADS URL. Format: serverIP:Port.

    • Schema: The ADS Schema information.

    • AccessID/AceessKey: The AccessID/AccessKey is equivalent to the logon password.

  6. Click Test Connectivity.

  7. Click Complete when the connectivity test is passed.

    The connectivity test is provided to verify whether the project/AccessKey information entered is correct.
