:Modify a user

This section introduces how to modify a user.

Prerequisites

You must have access permissions to DMS and be logged on to the DMS console.

Procedure

1. Select an ApsaraDB for MongoDB instance and then click Log on to Database.

2. After you log on to the instance, expand the left-side object list and then select the user that you want to modify. Right-click the user and then select Edit User to open the user editing window.

   

3. Modify the permissions that are granted to the user on the Current Database Permissions tab page. Click Yes to submit the changes.

   

   Note

   If the user belongs to the admin database, you can grant the user permissions to other databases on the Other Database Permissions tab page.
