SQLConsole of Data Management Service (DMS) can diagnose the SQL statements you entered in the SQL editor and offer optimization suggestions. This topic uses an ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL database as an example to describe how to use the SQL diagnosis feature.
Log on to the DMS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click the target instance to show databases on the instance and right-click the target database.
In the right-click menu that appears, select Single Database query.
On the SQLConsole tab that appears, enter SQL statements in the SQL editor and click SQL Diagnostics.
Wait until the diagnosis result appears in the SQL Diagnostics dialog box.
- After the diagnosis result appears in the SQL Diagnostics dialog box, view the diagnosis result and optimization suggestions in the Diagnosis Result section.
