:Copy tables

This section describes how to create similar tables in DMS.

Prerequisites

You have access permissions to DMS and you have logged on to the DMS console.

Procedure

1. Select a target database and click Log On to Database.

2. In the left-side table directory tree, right-click the table you want to copy and click to Duplicate Table, as shown below:

   

3. The Use Table window is displayed. Enter a table name. Click OK. DMS creates a table similar to the selected table, as shown below:

   

4. Check that the structure of the target table is the same as that of the source table. A similar table is successfully created.
