After setting a RAM account as an alert contact, how do I set contact information

The contact information set when you create the RAM account cannot be used in EDAS. To set the RAM account as the alert contact, follow these steps to set the contact information:

  1. Use a RAM account to log on to the EDAS console.

  2. Choose Accounts > Personal Information to update the personal information, including the contact name, phone number, and email address.

  3. Click Save to save the RAM account information to EDAS.
