Instance access authorization

This section describes the operations related to instance authorization in DMS.


You have access permissions to DMS and you have logged on to the DMS console.


  1. Log on to the DMS console and select Instances from the left-side navigation pane.

  2. User authorization and access address authorization.

    • View authorized users.

      1. Select an instance and click Manage Authorized Users. The following page is displayed. You can view all users who are authorized to access this instance here.

    • Grant instance access to cloud accounts.

      1. Select Cloud Account Authorization > Cloud Accounts from the left-side navigation pane.

      2. Click Manage Authorized Users.

      3. Click Add Instance in the upper-right corner.

      4. Search for a instance by keyword and click Add in the lower-right corner. You can also revoke authorizations on this page.

    • Grant instance access to IP addresses.

      1. Click Access Address Authorization.

      2. Click Add Access Address Rules.

      3. Specify the parameters and click OK to grant authorization.
