WUYING is a comprehensive solution that bridges the cloud and terminals. In WUYING, the cloud refers to WUYING Workspace, and terminals refer to WUYING terminals, such as the various software clients that run in different OSs. You can access WUYING Workspace by using WUYING terminals.

Background information
Roles of WUYING users fall into the following categories:
End users: users who access cloud computers by using WUYING terminals. Example: Jack, a designer from a design company.
Administrators: O&M personnel. Administrators are responsible for cloud computer purchase and renewal, cloud computer creation and assignment, policy creation and binding, O&M and monitoring, and end user management. Example: Steven, the IT administrator of the company in which the designer Jack works.
Make the following preparations based on your role before you use WUYING Workspace:
If you assume the role of an end user, obtain the logon credentials from the email sent by your administrator.
If you assume the roles of an end user and an administrator at the same time, refer to the following links to purchase and assign cloud resources:
Obtain logon credentials
After your administrator assigns cloud resources to your account, obtain the logon credentials from the email sent by the administrator. The following figure shows sample logon credentials after a cloud computer is assigned. The credentials are required when you log on to a terminal.
Obtain a terminal
You can download a software client free of charge. For information about how to download a software client, visit Download Alibaba Cloud Workspace Client.
Log on to a client
Software clients provide highly consistent user experience. In this section, a Windows client of Alibaba Cloud Workspace V6.6.0 is used as an example to show how to log on to the client.
Launch the Windows client, select Pro Edition (formerly Enterprise Edition) at the top of the logon page, read the privacy policy and select I have read and agree to Privacy Policy in the lower part of the page, enter an office network ID or an organization ID that is included in the logon credentials, and then click the icon.
In the Username and Password text boxes, enter the username and initial password that are included in the logon credentials and click the icon.
NoteIf you log on to the client for the first time, follow the on-screen instructions to specify a new password as a custom password. The initial password is valid for three days. If the initial password expires, click Forgot password to obtain a new initial password.
After you log on to the client, you can view the cloud resources, such as cloud computers, that your administrator has assigned to you.
On the cloud resources page of the client, place your pointer on the card of a cloud computer and click Connect Cloud Computer to connect to and use the cloud computer.
What to do next
After you log on to the client, cloud computers are displayed as cards.
