The material hub is used to store and manage the content of the workspace in a unified manner. You can manage the content by group, tag, check compliance, download, comment, and share.
The following content formats are supported:
Image: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, GIF, BMP, HEIC, PIC
Video: MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV, MGB, RMVB, RM, MPG, FLV, TS, AEP
Audio: MP3, M4A, WAV
Documents: PDF, DOC, docx, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX, TXT, CSV, WPS, KEY, XMIND, NUMBERS, PAGES
Design source files: AI, PS, PSD, PSB, SKETCH, C4D, CRD
Others: TTF, TTC, OTF
The content size is unlimited.
You can generate thumbnails for images, videos, and documents that meet the following conditions and display them on the list, details page, and editing page:
Image: JPG, PNG, BMP, GIF, WebP, or TIFF format, no larger than 20MB, no more than 30,000 pixels in width or height, and no more than 0.25 billion pixels in total.
Video: The encoding format is H264 or H265, with no size limit.
Documents: PDF, DOC, docx, PPT, PPTX, XLS, XLSX format, no larger than 50MB.
Create Content
Creating content consists of two parts, first uploading the content and then warehousing the content, which must be completed by the same person.
Upload Content
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Material Hub > Pending, as shown in the following figure. Alternatively, choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Material Center > Material Library and click Upload Content in the upper-right corner.
Upload the content file in the pop-up window.
After the file is uploaded, it is displayed in the list on the Content Marketing > Material Hub > Pending page, as shown in the preceding figure.
If the list indicates that the system detects a duplicate file name, click the
icon to the right of the file name, rename the file, and then click elsewhere on the page to save the new name. If you do not rename the content, the content will have the same name as the existing content after it is stored.
If an incorrect file is uploaded, you can click Delete in the Actions column. Alternatively, you can select multiple files and click Delete below the file list. In the dialog box that appears, click OK.
Import Content
After uploading the content, you need to operate the storage before the content can be included in the material library management.
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Content Hub > Pending. The content files that you have uploaded are displayed in the list.
Click Import Now in the Actions column corresponding to the content. You can also select multiple content and click Import below the list.

Configure permissions.
NotePermissions are divided into the following types:
Viewable: You can view, share, and comment.
Downloadable: Can view, share, comment, download.
Editable /Deletable: You can view, share, comment, delete comments, download, edit, delete, rename, label, change groups, view logs, and view permission configurations.
By default, all users in the enterprise have the View permission. You can change the permission from the drop-down list to Editable /Deletable or Downloadable.
If you want to control the permissions of specific users, click Edit Content Permission Range, select a user or Workspace Member Group Management, and then click OK.

The selected user or user group is added to the permission configuration list. You can select the required permissions for the user or user group.
NotePermission priority rules: The highest priority is given to the user permissions that are set separately, followed by the permissions of the user group to which the user group belongs, and finally the permissions of all enterprise employees.

Configure the group. For more information about group management, see Content Grouping.
If you do not configure grouping, the default value is Not Grouped.
Click Add Content Group. In the dialog box that appears, select a group and click OK.

If you click Created by Me, the group list displays only the groups that you created.
To create a group, select a group and click New Content Group. In the dialog box that appears, select the peer group or child group that you want to create, and click OK. The new group is added to the group list.

Smart tag automatically tags content after it is stored. You do not need to manually configure it. For more information, see AI Smart Tag.
Configure manual tags. For more information about how to manage tags, see Tag Hub.
Tags with an asterisk
are displayed by default. All tags are required for warehousing. You must select at least one tag value for them, as shown in the following figure. 
You can also configure tags that are not required for warehousing, click Add Other Tags, select a tag group, a tag, and a tag value, and then click OK.
Click Receipt to complete the configuration.
The content is added to the content list on the Workspace> Content Marketing > Material Hub > Material Library page.
View the material library
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Material Hub > Material Library to go to the material library. The stored content is displayed on the Image, Video, Audio, Document, Source Design File, and Other tabs.
Space administrators and organization administrators have all permissions on all content, and content creators have all permissions on the content (the
icon in the lower-right corner of the content indicates the content they created). They can view the corresponding content and perform all operations. In addition, if you are authorized to have any of the following permissions on a content, you can also see the content and perform appropriate actions:
Viewable: You can view, share, and comment.
Downloadable: Can view, share, comment, download.
Editable /Deletable: You can view, share, comment, delete comments, download, edit, delete, rename, label, change groups, view logs, and view permission configurations.
At the top of the content list, provides display functions such as search, filter, group, and sort, as shown in the following figure. 
You can search for content by tag, name, or ID. After you enter the content, click the [Search] icon to start the search.
You can filter data based on the following items:
The time when the content was received.
The user who created the content, or the user group to which the user belongs.
The file size. Unit: KB, MB, or GB. You can switch from the drop-down list.
The status of the compliance check result. After the content is stored, a compliance check is automatically performed. The check result status flag is displayed before the file name, and the specific information is displayed when you move the pointer over the flag. For more information about compliance check rules, see Compliance Detection.
The permissions of the current user on the content: Viewable, Editable, Deletable, and Downloadable.
The duration of the video and audio.
After you select View Group, the group directory appears on the left side of the page. Click the group name to display only the content in the group, as shown in the following figure. For more information about grouping, see Content Grouping.

You can sort data by the following items in descending order of time and in descending order of time:
The time when the product is added to the database.
Size of pageviews
Download size
Share size
File size
You can switch the display format between tile and list:
indicates tiles. This is the default display format. Move the pointer over a tile. A check box appears in the upper-left corner, and the Find Similarity
icon (only for images) and More
icons appear in the upper-right corner. Move the mouse over the icon of the
tile content and a menu of more actions will appear. 
indicates a list.
View content details
Click the tile that contains the content, or click Details in the list. The Details dialog box appears. The content preview is displayed on the left and the Info tab is displayed on the right.
Depending on the scope of your permissions, different information tabs are displayed:
On the Details tab, you can view the information about the Compliance Detection, details, group information, smart tag, and manual tags.
Comments: displays all comments on the content. You can add comments at the bottom.
Supports the use of "@ user name" to notify the user, who will receive a notification in the message center in the upper right corner of the page.

If you have the Editable /Deletable permission, you can delete a comment. Move the pointer over a comment. The Delete button appears. Click OK to delete the comment.
Permissions: displays the permissions on the content.
Logs tab: displays operation logs within 360 days.
Find similar images
For image content, you can click the [Camera] icon or Find Similarity. The system will identify similar images in the material library and show them to you.
Download Content
Download directly
For all types of content, direct download supports two methods:
To download a single file, choose
/> Direct Download or More > Direct Download. Batch download: Select multiple content files. You can select all content files. Click Download in the lower part of the page. The content files are downloaded to your computer.
Crop Download
Cropping download is to crop part of the image and download it to your local computer.
Choose
/> Crop Download or More > Crop Download to go to the Crop Download page. Use the mouse to drag and drop the cropping area on the left side. You can set the size of the cropping area in pixels on the right side. When you click the
icon to change the size to
, the aspect ratio of the cropping area is locked. Click OK. A new image is generated and downloaded to your computer.
Change grouping
Two change grouping methods are supported:
For a single change, choose
/> Add to Group or More > Add to Group. Batch change: Select multiple items. You can select all of them and click Add to Group in the lower part of the page.
In the dialog box that appears, select the group that you want to move and click OK.

If you click Created by Me, the group list displays only the groups that you created.
To create a group, select a group and click New Content Group. In the dialog box that appears, select the peer group or child group that you want to create, and click OK. The new group is added to the group list.

Rename Content
Choose
/> Rename or More > Rename. In the dialog box that appears, enter a new name and click OK. 
Edit Content
Choose
/> Edit or More > Edit to open the editing window. The content preview is displayed on the left and the content configuration is displayed on the right. You can enter a new content name and description, modify content groups, and manually configure tags. For more information about how to modify content groups and manually configure tags, see Import Content.
AI smart tag configuration is the tagging performed after the system intelligently identifies the content. If you think the current smart tag is inappropriate, you can remove the tag.
Click OK.
Share content
Share content to other users through web links, and support setting whether the sharer can edit and download content.
If you need to set that the sharer can edit and download, the sharer must first have the same permissions.
Can be edited at the same time can also be downloaded.
Procedure
Choose
/> Share. In the pop-up window, select the permission settings for sharing: viewable, editable, and downloadable. Select validity: 24 hours, seven days, and permanent validity.

Click Create Link. A shared link is generated, as shown in the following figure.

Send the link to other users. If other users open the link within the validity period, they will go to the details page of the content and can view, edit, or download it accordingly.
Content grouping
The material library allows you to group content to manage content by category.
After you select View Group, the group directory appears on the left side of the page. Click the group name to view only the content of the group.
Content that is not grouped is included in "Ungrouped".
A maximum of three levels of groups are supported. You can click the arrow icon in front of a group name to expand or collapse child groups.
The search box above the group list allows you to search for group names.
Add or move a group
To add a maximum of three levels of groups, perform the following steps:
Move the pointer over any group or "All groups". The plus icon appears, as shown in the following figure. Click the plus icon.

In the dialog box that appears, select whether the new group is a sibling or a child of the original group and enter a name for the new group.
In this example, a sub-group of Elephants, Asian Elephants, is created.

Click OK. The new group will be added to the directory.

Drag the group to the required position to change the order and level of grouping.
Rename a group
"Ungrouped" does not support renaming.
Procedure
Move the pointer over the custom group. An ellipsis
appears, as shown in the following figure. Click the ellipsis icon. The Rename button appears. Click Rename. 
In the dialog box that appears, enter a new group name and click OK.

Delete a group
You cannot delete "Ungrouped".
If the group contains content or sub group, you cannot delete it. It is recommended that you move the included content or sub group out of the group first.
Procedure
Move the pointer over the custom group. An ellipsis
appears, as shown in the following figure. Click the ellipsis icon. The Delete button appears. Click Delete. 
If the group does not contain content or sub group, the group will be deleted directly.
If the group contains content or sub group, it cannot be deleted.
Delete content
Two deletion methods are supported:
To delete a single operation, choose
Delete or More > Delete. Delete multiple items at a time: Select one or more items and click Delete in the lower part of the page.
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window. The content will be removed from the content list and entered into the recycle bin.
Deleted content is stored in the recycle bin for up to 30 days. After 30 days, it is automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.
Manage the recycle bin
Choose Workspace> Content Marketing > Material Hub > Recycle Bin to go to the recycle bin. The content that is deleted from the content list within the last 30 days is displayed.
Recover
You can restore deleted content back to the content list to retain the original permission configuration, existing comments, and more.
Two recovery methods are supported:
To restore a single instance, click Restore in the Actions column.
Batch Restore: Select multiple items and click Restore in the lower part of the page.
Confirm the restoration in the pop-up window, and the content will return to the original grouping of the content list.
If the original group has been deleted, the content will go to "ungrouped".
Permanently delete
If you do not want to wait until 30 days to automatically delete the deleted content, you can manually delete the deleted content completely.
The following two methods are supported:
Complete deletion: Click Complete deletion of the content and confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
Batch Delete: Select multiple items. You can select all of them. Click Delete in the lower part of the page and confirm the deletion in the dialog box that appears.
Clear the recycle bin
If you do not want to wait until 30 days for automatic deletion, you can also empty the recycle bin to completely delete all deleted content.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click Empty Recycle Bin. In the dialog box that appears, confirm the deletion.
