This article focuses on the process of configuring Alibaba Mail accounts for the Outlook client on Mac computers.
1. Open Outlook, input the email account and click Continue. Select using IMAP protocol to set up the account and click Continue.
2. Enable the Show Advanced Settings button to fill the server and port.
We recommend that using SSL to encrypt the connection, which is more secure. When using, please pay attention to whether the encrypted ports 465, 995, and 993 have been opened on your local computer and network.
Incoming mail server:
POP3 Incoming Serve: pop.sg.aliyun.com or pop.your domain name, non-encrypted port: 110 or SSL encrypted port: 995
IMAP Incoming Server (recommend): imap.sg.aliyun.com or imap.your domain name, non-encrypted port: 143 or SSL encrypted port: 993
Outgoing mail server:
SMTP Outgoing Serve: smtp.sg.aliyun.com or smtp.your domain name, non-encrypted port: 25 or SSL encrypted port: 465
