The Alibaba Mail saves the deleted email accounts within 30 days by default. If the email accounts are deleted and the historical email data needs to be restored, refer to this topic.
How to Restore Deleted Accounts?
Use postmaster account to login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default, choose DEPTs & Users> Account Recycle, click Restore Account of target account and click OK to operate.
If the account has been deleted for more than 30 days, it cannot be restored in the account recycle.
How to Transfer Emails under the Deleted Account?
Use postmaster account to login Alibaba Mail and enter the domain management page by default, choose DEPTs & Users> Account Recycle, click Transfer Emails of target account and click OK to operate.
The email history of the specified account will be transferred to the file named after the address of the selected account in the target mailbox. When the transfer is complete, the target mailbox will receive a system notification email.
