Problem description
After Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) Agent is installed, no prompt and no EDAS Agent version number appear.
Solutions
Check the file in the /home/admin/edas-agent/logs/std.log
path. If the file content contains Java not found or the description of other exceptions, run java -version
to check whether Java 1.7 is used. If Java 1.5 is used, run the rpm -e
command to remove this version and reinstall EDAS Agent.
