:Why am I unable to directly access a CNAME provided by WAF?

The CNAME that is provided by Web Application Firewall (WAF) is used only for DNS resolution. You cannot directly access the CNAME. If you directly access the CNAME, a 504 error page is returned or you are redirected to the help documentation page.
